HOW TO ENTER: To enter the sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) go to www.ReserveAmerica.com and submit a completed entry form during the Sweepstakes Entry Period to be entered for a chance to win one of the prizes listed below. The “Sweepstakes Entry Period” begins on May 2, 2003 at 5:00 pm (Pacific Time) and ends on Septermber 5, 2003 at 5pm (Pacific Time). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period to be eligible to win a prize. ReserveAmerica is not responsible for its failure to receive entries due to transmission failures, technical malfunctions or other conditions beyond its control. Limit one entry per person. |

ELIGIBILITY: You must be eighteen (18) years of age or older to enter and win, and a legal resident of, and currently living in, the UNITED STATES. In order to win a Grand Prize (as defined below; i.e., an automobile), you must be a licensed driver. The following are not eligible for the Sweepstakes: employees, and the immediate families of employees, of any of the Sweepstakes Parties. “Sweepstakes Parties” means ReserveAmerica, Ticketmaster, General Motors Corporation, Water Bliss, Inc., Napier Enterprises, any of the foregoing’s related agencies, advertising agencies, promotion agencies, sponsors or prize donors involved in the Sweepstakes, or any of the foregoing’s respective parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies (ReserveAmerica and the rest of the foregoing, collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”). Limit one prize per person, household, e-mail or street address. |

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and agree to release the Released Parties from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this drawing or use or acceptance of any prize. “Released Parties” means the Sweepstakes Parties, and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, agents and contractors, and each of the foregoing’s respective successors and assigns. |

GENERAL CONDITIONS: This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Illegible, unintelligible or incomplete entries or responses will be disqualified. ReserveAmerica and the other Released Parties are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, stolen or undelivered entries. ReserveAmerica and the other Released Parties are not responsible for technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. ReserveAmerica and the other Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, garbled or delayed Internet/e-mail computer entries. In the event that technical or other circumstances compromise this drawing, ReserveAmerica reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes, or to select winners for prizes from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation. ReserveAmerica and the other Released Parties are not responsible for typographical errors in the Sweepstakes site, promotional copy or these Official Rules. ReserveAmerica reserves the right to share entry information with any of the other Released Parties. |

WINNER SELECTION: Each Winner of a prize will be selected through a random drawing beginning on or about 25 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Entry Period. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. All drawings will be conducted and judged by ReserveAmerica, or a firm retained by ReserveAmerica, whose decisions and interpretations of these Official Rules shall apply and be final and binding.
Winners will be notified by e-mail or telephone, and their names will be posted on www.ReserveAmerica.com or a web page accessible therefrom. If winners fail to respond within five (5) business days of attempted contact, ReserveAmerica reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner from the names of all entries that did not win a prize. In order to receive a prize, winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where legally permissible, a publicity release, and may also be required to provide additional information, waivers and releases, and will have no more than ten (10) days to execute and return each such document. The Affidavit of Eligibility or Liability/Publicity Release will release ReserveAmerica and the other Released Parties from any claims, losses, injuries or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes or the use or receipt of any prizes. Failure to comply with the foregoing, or the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, may cause the winner to forfeit their prize and ReserveAmerica reserves the right to select an alternate winner. |

ADVERTISING: Except where prohibited by law or regulation, winner’s acceptance of prize will constitute permission for ReserveAmerica and the Related Companies to use winner’s name, likeness, and statements for any purpose in reference to the Sweepstakes and this promotion without additional compensation, consideration or consent. |

PRIZES: Two separate Grand Prizes (each, a “Grand Prize”), consisting of: one (1) Pontiac Montana vehicle, with an approximate retail value of $26,500; and one (1) Pontiac Aztek vehicle with an approximate retail value of $23,500. Other prizes consist of: (a) one (1) “Family Camping Package” consisting of one (1) ground tent, four (4) sleeping bags, four (4) camp chairs, two (2) air mattresses and one (1) camp table, with a total approximate retail value of $750; (b) ten (10) WaterBliss Kayaks, each with an approximate retail value of $750.00; and (c) ten (10) ReserveAmerica “Camping Gift Cards”, each with an approximate retail value of $50. Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $58,750.00. |

ODDS OF WINNING: The number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period determines the odds of winning a prize. ReserveAmerica reserves the right to change or replace each prize at any time with a prize of equal or greater value. Each prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash. All Federal, State and Local laws and regulations apply. Winners will be responsible for all Federal, State or other applicable taxes in connection with the receipt of prizes, including vehicle licensing and registration fees. |

OFFICIAL RULES AND WINNERS LIST: For a copy of these Official Rules, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to ReserveAmerica, 2480 Meadowvale Blvd., Suite 120, Mississauga, ON, L5N 8M6, Canada, Attention: “The Ultimate Camping Contest”. For a list of prize winners, you may visit www.ReserveAmerica.com. Prize winners will be posted approximately 14 days after their names are selected. Or, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the address referenced immediately above. All requests for a list of prize winners must be received no later than sixty (60) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Entry Period. |
